How will I receive the program?
All programs are downloadable PDF files. Immediately after your payment is processed you will receive a link to the program on your device. You will also receive an email with a download link. You can download and print any part of the PDF that you want.
How many times can I download the PDFs?
You can download the PDF as many times as you like. The download link does not expire.
PDF isn’t downloading?
Some of the PDF files are very large. Depending on your device and connection, they may take several minutes to download. Please be patient. If you continue to have trouble, please let me know.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made through Apple Pay, Master Card and Visa (processed through Stripe) and PayPal.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are listed and charged in USD.
How are payments processed? Are they secure?
Your security and privacy are top priorities. All payments are directly processed through the secure services of WooCommerce, Stripe, Apple Pay and PayPal. None of your billing information is visible or saved on this website.
What is your return policy?

Do you offer virtual therapy services?
Unfortunately I do not offer any virtual therapy services at this time. If you have any questions though please feel free to ask. I am happy to help if I can.
Can your programs replace speech-language therapy?
No. My programs can help and in some cases they provide all of the ideas and strategies that parents need, but they can not replace an assessment or treatment by a speech-language pathologist or by any other professional.
