How will I receive the program?
All programs come as downloadable PDF files. Immediately after your payment is processed you will receive a link to the program on your device. You will also receive an email with a download link. You can download and print any part of the PDF that you want. Each purchase lets you download the PDF twice.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made through Apple Pay, Master Card and Visa (processed through Stripe) and PayPal.
How are payments processed? Are they secure?
Your security and privacy are top priorities. All payments are directly processed through the secure services of WooCommerce, Stripe, Apple Pay and PayPal. None of your billing information is visible or saved on this website.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason I will immediately provide a complete refund.
Are the programs available in print?
Most of my programs are available in soft cover books from Amazon. These are the ones currently available with links to Amazon.com.
Do you offer virtual therapy services?
Unfortunately I do not offer any virtual therapy services at this time. If you have any questions though please feel free to ask. I am happy to help if I can.
Can your programs replace speech-language therapy?
No. My programs can help and in some cases they provide all of the ideas and strategies that parents need, but they can not replace an assessment or treatment by a speech-language pathologist or by any other professional.
