Late Talking can be scary. Sometimes children need help learning how to talk. As a speech-language therapist I have supported many parents and their children who are Late Talkers. I wrote this book to give parents the tools and strategies that they need to help their child learn to talk:
- What is Late Talking
- When Should I be Concerned – Red Flags
- 11 Essential Foundation Skills Children need to Talk
- What Parents can do to Help
I tried to keep this book as short as possible, 65 pages in the PDF format, while ensuring that it still has all the information that parents need.
Helping a child learn to talk is often straightforward and if the rights steps are followed, can and should be done at home. Parents are a child’s first and best teachers.
